My childhood was spent surrounded by Avon products, and I fondly remember collecting the miniature perfume dolls during the 60's and 70's. My mom always had Skin So Soft handy, and whenever I smell its classic scent I'm brought back to her.

In a quaint neighborhood tucked away in the suburbs, there lived a family filled with laughter and love. The mother, Mrs. West, had a nickname for their Avon representative that brought a smile to everyone's face: "The Ding Dong Lady."

Every few weeks, a cheerful ding-dong would echo through their home, announcing the arrival of their beloved Avon representative. Mrs. West would eagerly rush to the door, knowing that a delightful array of beauty products awaited her.

The Ding Dong Lady, whose real name was Mary, had an infectious enthusiasm that brightened Mrs. West's day.
