Labor Day is the unofficial end of summer, and it's a great time to get together with family and friends for a picnic. For a great last minute option, many of us already have the ingredients in our pantry to make this delicious sauce!
BBQ Sauce Recipe
Ingredients:
- 1 cup ketchup
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tablespoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper
Instructions:
- Combine all ingredients in a saucepan over medium heat.
- Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 15 minutes, or until the sauce has thickened.
- Let cool completely before serving.
